                    4-Rivers Jayco - Flight 9

Business Meeting March 13, 2004

Dale welcomed everyone, and our guests, Tim Armstrong, Don & Dot Eizenga, Robert & Deborah Heisel.  He then opened the business meeting. We read the minutes from the last meeting, they were accepted as read.  We dismissed with the reading of the treasurer’s report.

OLD BUSINESS:

Wanda would like for us to camp at Diamond Cavern Campground for the Mammoth Cave.  The campground doesn’t open until April 1.  She will have the information at the next campout.

Dennie asked about Flight 9 flags.  We had discussed this earlier and he was wondering if we still wanted to get some.  Dale said he would check with the company that made the last flags and see if they still have the screen print.  Cynthia said she would also check about the flags.

Our next campout is April 2-4 at Columbus Belmont in Kentucky.  Bill Ryan suggested the men cook breakfast on Saturday morning.  Everyone agreed.  They will start cooking at 8:00 AM and we will eat at 9:00 AM.  The club will buy the meat and pancakes.  See the newsletter for what you should bring.  If you aren’t coming, please e-mail me and let me know so I can adjust the list for the remainder of the breakfast.  We also voted to eat at Grogan’s for supper Saturday night.  Vicki will buy the breakfast supplies for the club.

We will have church on Sunday morning at 9:30.

The 50/50 netted $30.00 and was won by Martha Sue Peters.  The Peters also won the door prize which was furnished by the Haley’s.

NEW BUSINESS:

There was none.

Jan made a motion to adjourn and Martha Sue seconded the motion.

The Peters will furnish the door prize in April

Happy Camping
