Finally we had a nice weekend for our Fall Invitational Campout. Flight 9 camped at Hillman Ferry Campground at Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky on October 29-31. Roughly my count is 112. Please let me know of any one that I may have missed. Pat Sherman has recently had surgery on her knee. A Thank You card was read from her as well as Kyle Allbritten & Vicki Knight. We have had to move our December Meeting to Dennie & Elsie’s Church in Buncombe. Dennie will be giving me directions with the next newsletter. So be on the look out for those. Each person is asked to bring a $10 gift for an exchange. Women bring a gift for a lady & men bring a gift for a man, & Teens & Children bring gifts for your age. We will be having a Potluck. So get those great Holiday recipes out. We will eat at 12:00; you may arrive at 11:30. The club will furnish tea, coffee, & dinner ware. George said he can repaint any name signs for those who need it, example if you were a member, but now are an SOB or visa versa. If you have a suggestion for a place to go next year for a campout, e-mail Dale with your ideas, ASAP. We are going to send out rally applications to everyone that attended out last rally. If you know of anyone else that needs to receive an application, let Vicki know.
