This has been the best year for camping. The weather has been great for the most part.
This weekend was no exception. Friday night was fairly warm and we able to set out until late. Those club members attending the campout at the Casino Queen RV Park in
East St. Louis were Steve & Judy Dawson, Dennie & Elsie Hinkle, Randy & Vicki Knight, Charles &
Ellen Rice, Bill & Betty Ryan, & Dale & Jan Wright. Guest joining us were Don & Dot Eizenga,
Glen & Rosann Lingle, & Norman & Jean Proffitt.

Friday night we all went out to eat at a steak house in O’Fallon. Afterwards Elsie, Jan, Rosann,
Vicki, Charles, Ellen, Norman, & Jean all went shopping. Saturday morning we all enjoyed the
delicious breakfast buffet at the Casino Queen Hotel.
We had a short meeting after breakfast. We spent the rest of the day shopping.
Saturday night most everyone went to the Ameristar casino for dinner. Once again on Sunday morning
we all had breakfast at the Buffet and then headed for home. We have our next get together on December 4 at 11:30 AM at Dennie & Elsie’s church. If you have not
received directions, please let Vicki know. Bring a dish & a $10 gift for a gift exchange game. Women bring a gift for a woman & Men bring a gift for a man.
Children bring a $10 gift as well.
The Knight’s furnished the door prize; it was won by the Rice’s. The 50/50 netted $35.
Bill Ryan won $17 & the club got $18.

Business meeting – November Dale called the meeting to order. Minutes were read & accepted as read. There were 2 corrections
to the newsletter. They were corrected, (the Peter’s weren’t there, & Damon is married to Michelle).
Steve gave the treasure’s report. It was accepted. Steve waived the $9.00 dues for 2004 for the
Sellers. The O’Saile’s paid $18, Steve made a motion to waive the $9 dues for the O’Saile’s,
Jan 2nd the motion, motion passed. Dale pointed out our full page add in the Hitch & asked Vicki
to see if they will run it again. Dale passed out a tentative camping schedule for 2005,
(see attached). Bring your ideas for the 2005 season to the December meeting. We will have
officer elections at the December meeting. Randy made a motion to adjourn & Jan 2nd the motion.

There is no Door prize in December!
