On behalf of our club I would like to extend our sympathies to Debra Heisel in the loss of her sister-in-law Louise Ward on December 4^th. She was married to Debra’s brother Terry. We also wish Randy a speedy recovery from his short hospital stay.

 Thank you to the Hinkle’s for opening their Fellowship Hall for our December meeting.  The following were in attendance: Tim, Melissa, Katie, Michael & Jennifer Armstrong, Jim & Mitzi Borum, Char Cool, Steve & Judy Dawson, Durwood & Rheitta Eleam, John & Cynthia Haley, Dennie & Elsie Hinkle, Vicki Knight, Wes & Ellie McRae, Bob & Wanda Ray, Bill & Betty Ryan, Liale & Frieda Sellers, George & Mary Taylor, Dale & Jan Wright, guests were Don & Dot Eizenga, Bob & Mary Lauderdale, Norman & Jean Proffitt & Glen & Rosann Lingle.

 Are we looking forward to our new club jackets?  For those of you that could not attend we are offering to anyone that wants can purchase a club jacket that was selected during our meeting.  Please check your emails as I have sent one giving the website you can see what was chosen and I also will need to know by December 15^th  if you would like to order and once I get the final count payment will be needed by December 22^nd.  I will bring the jackets to our February meeting or if it does not cost any extra I may have them shipped to each house.

 We had a wonderful spread of great food and as usual there was plenty.  Let’ get to the good stuff, the deserts were delicious.  After lunch we had our business meeting and elected 2007 officers: President, Liale Sellers, V.P./Wagon master, Randy Knight, Secretary, Mitzi Borum, Treasurer, Marla McElroy, Activities, Elsie Hinkle,  John Haley appointed chaplain and Steve Borum & Randy Knight assistants.

 After our business meeting it was time to have some fun, we played Dirty Santa, lead by Elsie (thanks).  We had some great gifts and lots of fun.

It’s always sad when we come to the end of a camping season, but we have two get-togethers this winter to stay in touch.  Following is a list of our 2007  campouts & activities:

 Snowbirds, have a good winter and will see you in the spring!  This will be Bill & Betty’s first time as a snowbird-enjoy and think of us that still have to punch the clock!
