Wow!!! Another perfect weekend for camping.  If you didn't make it out with us, you missed a beautiful weekend and wonderful fellowship with your fellow campers.

 

We had 13 Jayco rigs and 4 "SOB".  Bill & Betty Ryan had all 3 of their children along with spouses and grandchildren for the weekend.  Rob & Debra also had their daughter and grandson with them.  A nice size group.

 

Since Dale & Jan nor Steve & Judy could make the campout, I thought I should try and rent out their campsites.  I never really fashioned myself as a sales person, but I proved myself wrong and got both of them rented on Saturday.

 

Once again Rungo was the game of choice this weekend. Along with bike riding.   There was also some bird watching and boat watching along the river.  Several Bald Eagles were spotted.  The McElroy's, Seller's and Knight's had a round of golf.   Frieda, Liale, & Randy all got holes in ones.  The rest of us thought we would play modestly and not be big show offs!!!   Saturday evening we all headed out for dinner. After dinner we enjoyed another great campfire.  Sunday morning church was held by the campground, giving John a day off.   By mid morning people started heading home. 

 

Our next campout will be June 1-3 at Diamond Lake reservations are needed and have been made.  So start your engines!!! The Flight 9 race is on.  See ya there!!

 

Mitizi we hope your Mom is doing better.  We will keep her in our prayers.

 

 Wes won the 50\50. The door prize was furnished by the Seller's and won by the Dennie Hinkles or should I say Elsie.   Mitzi will send an e-mail reminder to the furnisher of next month's door prize.
