4 Rivers Jayco August 2007 Newsletter

There was a good turn out for the International Rally this month. We had 12 rigs representing our Flight at DuQuoin, IL. Some arrived Saturday and Sunday. A few spent the weekend at Rend Lake before arriving at the Rally Monday morning. These are some faithful campers who endured 100* temperatures.

The week was filled with seminars, focus groups for men and women and games for kids as well as adults. Of course we cannot forget the delicious catered meals.

Tuesday and Thursday gave us some great entertainment. I believe Tuesday’s was the favorite.

Congratulations go out to Elsie Hinkle who won a lifetime Jafari International membership.

Vickie, Frieda and Charlie tried to regain their youth by taking a crack at water skiing. They certainly are braver than most. Randy was THE Rungo champion of the week.

Friday morning many of the campers enjoyed a continental breakfast before the headed home.  I’m sure this was a tiring and hot week but it was filled with laughter, fellowship and just plain fun.

Our next campout out will be at Audobon September 14^th – 16^th.

The Haley’s will bring the door prize.
