Hello all you ghosts and goblins!!!  I hear you had a great turn out for our October campout at the busy Hillman Ferry Campgrounds. There were 17 rigs enjoying the Halloween festivities. We had 2 visitors : Carl and Burneda Keonig. We’re glad to be welcoming you to our club.

As always there was great fun , food and fellowship. We know how to have a good time that’s for sure. This is perhaps our most busy campout of the year with all of the decorating, pumpkin carving and cooking. I hated to miss this one BUT…… for some reason I was preoccupied!! OH I REMEMBER!!!!    I WAS WITNESSING THE BIRTH OF MY FIRST GRAND BABY!!! Her name is Makiah Reese Lampley. She was born October 19^th and she weighed 6lbs. 6oz. and 19’’ long. Her Jayco grandparents are the proud Jim and Mitzi Borum. 

 Along with our joy of a new arrival also came sadness at the death of long time Flight 9 member Norman Proffitt. Norm had been ill for some time and had not been able to camp with us. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Jean and the rest of Norm’s family.

The next campout will be in Nashville at the Two Rivers Campground.

The door prize was donated by the Ryans and won by the Dawsons.
